Rae gLASER

Her current focus is the 140.6 distance, with the goal of qualifying for Kona. Rae is also on the race committee for the Rochester Triathlon and a friend of the board for the RATs.
Rae coaches to help athletes "Raise Up" and find their true potential as athletes - from beginners to elite - while enjoying the fun of the sport! As a mom with a full-time job and many demands, she recognizes that sport is a means of enjoyment, stress relief, pushing ones limits beyond anything they dreamed of, and great camaraderie! This balance is key and the element of FUN is always important as goals are chased down. Re discover your love of the sport while RAISING UP to your dreams!
