RUN FOCUS PLANS

HALF MARATHON PLANS
For the athlete that is looking for less of a "hands on" approach, this includes a 12 week plan rolled out in 4 week blocks. Each plan includes interactive feedback via notes on a monthly basis, a 30 minute check in at specific intervals, and a race day plan. Prep for your A event without a "cookie cutter plan" that allows for interactive feedback on a less frequent basis but will still leave you ready to go race day!

MARATHON PLANS
